I'm not really one to follow the fads of gardening and believe me there plenty of new trends being pushed at national shows, horticultural fairs and through social media platforms. Nothing about 'aquascapes' feels remotely like gardening to me, and I just can't get on board with forcing a Mediterranean garden design to conform to the anything but the Mediterranean climate of Northumberland.
